7 things to keep in mind if you are creating a new startup in H2 of 2024:

1. The Brand:
⤷ Even if you can’t crack the business model, create a personal brand
⤷ Building a brand means you have a customer base willing to buy from you when you are ready

2. The Transformation:
⤷ When a transformation is happening in a market, build a business in it
⤷ Big brands take a long time, so take advantage of that & build a business

3. The Idea:
⤷ Find an idea that solves the pain point rather than one that enhances the experience
⤷ The pain point market is much bigger than the market working towards improving the experience

4. The Network:
⤷ Incentivize your audience to join your platform
⤷ Your product/service should make your audience invite more people to  buy from you

5. The Habit:
⤷ Make a product that consumers are habitual towards
⤷ Consumers should be so addicted to your product that they can’t return to the habits before it

6. The USP:
⤷ In my dictionary, USP means Unique ‘Show-off’ Proposition
⤷ Give people a product that gives them the ability to brag or show off

7. The Industry:
⤷ Today discovery-led buying is much greater than intent-based buying
⤷ Brands using social media & influencers are getting an edge
